Most of us need our translations and any plain Czech or Slovak texts (or official texts) to reach the public eye. But to be able to get around any mistakes, you need a high-quality proofreader that detects even the smallest errors in grammar, graphics, or text.

Language proofreading

As part of the proofreading process, I will painstakingly correct your Czech and Slovak texts so that no mistakes or “typographical errors” have a chance to lower quality of translation.

Independent proofreading

For accurate proofreading, you should always use the services of an independent native speaker because of their language accuracy and the ability to express the itended message in a meaningful and natural manner. Being an independent proofreader, I will compare the target text with the source and correct as required. I will translate with significance, stylistically, according to your requirements and the purpose of the translation.

What is proofreading?

Correction is the modification of the target text so that it has the same meaning and stylistic equivalent of the source text. The goal is that it can not be discerned that it is a translation.

What is proofreading used for?

Especially in the translation of texts that the customer wants to present, it is recommended to use the principle 4 eyes. In addition to the translator, a neutral second person should check the text (numbers, names, abbreviations, spelling, grammar). Proofreading is always performed by a person other than the translator who is a native speaker of the target language. I use reliable colleagues for these services.
